Standard Warranty Terms & Conditions
 
TEK LIGHTING’S WARRANTY
 
Thank you for choosing TEK LED lights., TEK Lighting ensure that all of our company's products from raw materials to the outputs through multi-level rigorous testing to ensure all products' quality. We provide absolutely free high quality technical support for our customers. TEKLED warrants that, during the Warranty Period, the product will, with normal use and service.
 
Warranty for Exchange Service: If buyer is not satisfied with the product which purchased from TEKLED due to personal reasons or quality reason, we agree to exchange to new lamp within 3 month. ( Back and forth shipping cost will be buyer’s expenses)
 
Warranty Terms: All LED lights provide 3 years limited warranty since the day purchased. Some items may have 5 years warranty, you can get all the details about it from our sales managers and stated on Proforma Invoice.
 
1. During warranty period, if the power supply or LEDs occurs some abnormal issues which stop the lamp working, we will offer FREE new power supply or NEW LAMP for changing or repairing. TEKLED factory provides changing instruction or video.(Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and TEKLED is responsible for resending shipping cost.)
 
2. Beyond warranty period, if the lamps failed due to power supply failure or cold solder joint, TEKLED could provide paid maintenance service. If it failed because of damage of LEDs, brightness decay, or other reasons, TEKLED will no longer offer maintenance service or exchange service.
 
3. After renewed and repaired, warranty and after-sales service continue according to the original purchasing date.
 
Non- warranty Terms:
 
1. Defects or damage caused by serviceman's arbitrary disassembly . 
 
2. Products are repaired and altered neither consulted nor authorized. 
 
3.Failure resulting from human's improper operation and installation, misuse, accident or force majeure such as fire , earthquake, thunder and lighting, etc.
 
4. Without valid receipt of purchase or providing incongruent product information as TEKLED
 
5. Other defects that are not caused by the quality of product.
 
6. Brightness decay
 
What should I do if my item stopped working?
 
After discovering any problem, please contact with sales or our technical support team, Email: Techsupport@ledcornbulbs.com. Please sending order Proforma Invoice with detail describe for failed lamp to us.
 
If the customer receives damaged parcel, there are some requests that should be done by recipient:
 
1. Report the damage to the delivery company and make photos of damaged items/parcel within 48hrs
 
2. Make a claim to the courier for the damaged items/parcel on the same amount that declared in the invoice
 
3. Request delivery company to resend the goods with free freight cost.
 
Our warranty does not cover risks of product’s damage or loss within the responsibility of delivery company. For this reason, please check the parcel right on receipt and compare with the content with the packing list in the presence of the courier. Our company is not responsible fore any faults discovered after you confirmed the receipt . If your package is lost by the delivery company, you should claim them directly. However, take into consideration that they will compensate the lost products only within the amount at risk indicated in the invoice according to your request. Expenses for shipping of the defected equipment both ways to and from the customer’s site are not covered by the warranty.
